  If you are buying ballons in store and want them filled you are put at the end of the line of all other oders forcing you to wait until those orders are filled. Also apparently only one employee in the store is qualified to fill ballons thus bottlenecking the process even more while the others meander around. So 3 ballons was going to be a 45 min wait. No thanks.

  Definitely have what you need for a party. Lots of character items and party favors. Also, the staff is nice. However, a lot of items are expensive unless you catch them on sale. Their costumes are definitely over-priced, as are most costumes. The balloons are also expensive when all is said and done. They say "Only $1" or something, but they tack on ridiculous fees here and there - next thing you know, you're spending $50 for a small birthday balloon arrangement. If I can't find what I need at Target, Wal-Mart, or Amazon, I use party city as a last resort.
