We were both very happy with the out come of everything was was installed, but the radio that was installed started to malfunction and my fiancee called the owner and it was no big deal to just order the replacement part (at no cost to us) , and whenever it was convenient for him or I to bring it up to the shop he would take care of it. I recommend all of my family and friends that are looking for anything like that to get in with him! Had a wonderful experience there!!! :)
