The manager greeted us right away and got to know our needs and budget right up front, and didn't try to sell us anything that we weren't interested in, which was highly appreciated. We got the mattress we wanted for a great price, with a few extras thrown in. The actual purchasing experience was very smooth as well, with no hidden fees or gotchas. Delivery was offered within one day (on a Sunday no less), and the cost was reasonable. Still waiting to see how delivery plays out, but right now we highly recommend this shop.
