  I would like to recognize Jennifer Engel. Monday, 1/22, we went to the Bedroom store to show the salesman a pillow case that was ripping. This happened only a month after we bought a new mattress and sheets that we needed. The salesman said he would have to do research and will call me back. It’s now Wednesday and no response. Also, I find out the salesman took off for 2 days and did not let us know. I called the bedroom store this afternoon and Jennifer Engel was the sales person on duty. She listened to our concern and immediately ordered a new pillowcase for us. We left the store and she called to let me know it was ordered. She then said she will call to make sure we received the pillowcase. Jennifer needs to be recognized for her effforts and thinking like a customer. She delivered an exceptional customer experience. She went above and beyond to help us. Going forward, when necessary, we will make sure and talk to her relating to future purchases and any concerns. Thank you Jennifer for all you do!!!   We just bought a great mattress there. Their manager was very nice, not pushy, and helped us figure out the right mattress for us with no sales pressure. It was a great experience compared to other places we had looked. The whole process, including delivery, was simple and pleasant.
